Melinda Hynes and Associates is introducing a psycho-educational workshop ‘LBC: The Transformation’. This Workshop will enable you to:
• Learn to set boundaries with others, and how to stop being a victim or offender
• Learn to know yourself, and share yourself when it is in your best interest to do so
• Learn to take care of your needs and wants, and be able to ask for help without guilt and shame
